The Washington Press Club Foundation hosts events on Capitol Hill to honor our history and highlight the work of the Foundation that support journalism students.
Bringing together members of Congress and Washington, DC journalists these smaller, informal events celebrate the contributions women make, in both in the press as well as in Congress, plus demonstrate the impact made by WPCF projects to encourage young and diverse reporters to choose political reporting as their focus,so home town constituents will continue to receive fair and accurate information of Congressional activities.
